As a Team Lead at Infernozilla, you would be the overseer of a team of Community Managers and Social Media Managers, assigning them client tasks and carrying them through to completion. You will also onboard new clients, organize regular meetings, and edit and approve all online content for a variety of social media and digital platforms, along with building marketing strategies for your games.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage your team as well as your clients’ projects.
  • Review and approve monthly social media calendars created by the Social Media Manager, as well as support them with their execution in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media and gaming trends, features, and topics of conversation
  • Organize regular meetings with clients to ensure that any major or minor tasks are known about and delegated ahead of time
  • Reach out, communicate, and build a rapport with your selective clients, making sure their overall  needs and reactive requests are met and completed to the best of your ability 
  • Review team members regularly, working with the Operations Manager to find areas of improvement to strengthen your team
  • Evaluate and analyze KPIs across social media each month with your team and share the results with clients with suggestions on ways to improve
  • Create, manage, and execute a marketing plan for your client and properly budget resources.
  • Offer customer, influencer, and partner support via direct messaging and commenting and build strategic partnerships. 
  • Communicate and work with the other departments at the company to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

 

This role is fully remote, and the right candidate is expected to work full-time while managing their weekly schedule of 35-40 hours.

Education and Experience Requirements:

As a Business Developer at Infernozilla, you would be identifying the best current and upcoming video games, curating a list, and reaching out appealingly/building relationships with the goal of setting a meeting between the game studio and our CEO. You will ensure we continually have a full meeting calendar with prospective studio clients to fuel our agency growth KPI goals.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Find ideal video games via Steam and other platforms
  • Cross-check the previous spreadsheets/CRMs  that we haven’t contacted previously
  • Add your prospect to the CRM
  • Find contact details of the decision maker of the studio and reach out to them with the goal of building a relationship leading to scheduling a call with our CEO for further conversations 
  • Track the status of leads and perform follow-ups as needed
  • Assist in the coordination and management of the Lead Generation/Business Team
  • Work closely with the CEO and other members of the business team to continue growing our client base
  • Draft email responses, manage our email outreach campaigns, review leads of lead gens, email our contracts to new clients
  • Other related tasks as needed

This role is fully remote, and the right candidate is expected to work full-time while managing their weekly schedule of 35-40 hours. This position comes with a base compensation plus a strong commission for every meeting you have set that leads to becoming a client.  Qualifications / Skills: 

  • Great eye and understanding of the video game market to identify good contacts. You are a gamer by night and spend hours during the day working or learning about the video game industry.
  • You’re a detective regarding finding developer contact information (don’t worry, we’ll point you in the right direction!)
  • Time Management: the ability to find a number of new leads and contact details weekly and reach out to them.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute effective PR strategies for our clients’ games, as well as for Infernozilla
  • Build strong relationships with mainstream media
  • Collaborating with well-known content creators and gaming influencers across a variety of platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and social media to create hype around new game events, updates, and releases
  • Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
  • Create top-notch written content to support game launches and other related milestones. This includes putting together press releases, blog articles, Q&As, briefing background documents, and more. 
  • Continuously track and assess media exposure. 
  • Write news stories, press releases, articles, case studies, and product pieces.
  • Create regular reports and recommendations based on continuous tracking and analysis of media exposure.

  • Help set up and maintain an Infernozilla online press showroom
  • Producing strategic plans on how to gain and further improve all media exposure

You must have:

  • Prior experience working in Public Relations in an agency or gaming-related environment
  • A degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Have great Public Relations and Communication industry knowledge 
  • Proficiency in using Discord, Microsoft Office Suite (Google in our case), and Media monitoring tools.

As a Community Manager at Infernozilla, you would connect the client studios and the players via forums, Discord, Steam, and other forums. Defining and refining each client’s “community tone” will play a significant role in the early stages of new titles and maintaining more active, pre-established communities for more prominent titles. You will also play a vital role in the marketing efforts of indie games.

Community Manager Job Responsibilities: 

  • Update, monitor, and engage with forums on multiple platforms, including emails, Steam, Discord, Reddit, and Imgur, amongst others
  • Self-start and take the Lead on creative community initiatives and events to engage and delight players
  • Identify Discord issues or improvements, implement bots, new moderators, and more
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails exclusively for the client’s press email in a timely and professional manner
  • Be the Lead for the Discord support ticket system and Steam threads, offering helpful support and advice, reaching out to the clients for help or clarification if necessary.
  • Evaluate and analyze Discord data to develop community strategies, optimize server performance and member retention over time
  • To recruit, manage, and support a team of Discord volunteer moderators, clients depending.
