Natalino Carlo

Founder & CEO

Natalino is the CEO and founder of Infernozilla. He started his entrepreneurial journey working with popular titles such as Escape from Tarkov and soon discovered a missing gap in the indie game marketing space. Through skills and experience he picked up, he went from an army of one in social and community management and marketing to turning Infernozilla into what it is today. He is passionate about building businesses and loves every part of the process from conception to creation and being right there in the trenches with his team.

Ricardo Lozano

Operations Manager

Born and raised in Mexico City, with more than six years of marketing experience, Ricardo has overseen heavy-hitter projects such as Walkabout Mini Golf, Job Simulator, Cosmonious High, Audio Trip, Ready or Not, Party Animals, and many others. His projects recently won 39 Marketing and Communication awards from several international competitions, notably 4 Grand and 5 Gold prizes at the prestigious NYX MarCom Awards 2023. Aside from his marketing career, Ricardo is also a talented professional musician and bass player. He has toured extensively in Mexico and abroad and created free music assets to support indie game development. He also loves animals, having served as a volunteer godfather for multiple animal shelters, and he is an avid plant lover.

Jakub Tarka

Team Lead/Marketing Manager

As an avid e-sports enthusiast, Marketing Graduate, and guitar player, Jakub loves all things creative and competitive. He began his gaming journey from the age of 5, where he has always pursued games as a means of expression and a way to channel his drive for self-improvement. This constant pursuit led him to Infernozilla, where he is now a Marketing Team Lead. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys large multiplayer games such as Counter-Strike, and League of Legends but doesn’t shy away from Indie or Single Player Experiences such as Witcher 3 or Celeste. He also has three rabbits, Axew, Emolga, and Mareep, who cheer him on every morning.

Brenno Kolososki

Team Lead/Marketing Manager

Being able to translate his passion into work is a dream come true for Brenno. While always up for fun and memes, he is also very logical and can easily flip the switch to support his team. As a graduate in game design and working 6+ years with Riot Games, Brenno brings a unique insight as a Marketing Manager for Infernozilla. He firmly believes games are the best form of entertainment and has been a passionate Otaku and gamer since he was a child and fondly remembers playing Crash Bandicoot on his PS1 after school as if it was yesterday.

Don Melville

Team Lead/Marketing Manager

Don is driven by the dynamic between work and play, as he is a workaholic and a gamer at heart. In graduating with a BCOM in Marketing and Business Management, over the years, he has worked in both consulting and on-the-ground experience with tech and gaming companies. He is a huge fan of Milsims and a die-hard RPG fan, with The Witcher 3 as his all-time favorite. As an advocate for animal rights, Don aspires to open a farm sanctuary in the north of Portugal with his wife someday.

Anuj Rautela

Team Lead/Marketing Manager

Hailing from Ranikhet, Uttarakhand in India, Anuj has been a part of the Indian gaming industry for the last 6 years, and played competitive esports for the title “Arena of Valor.” Despite having a degree in Bachelors of Computer Science and Engineering, he decided to venture into the realm of Community Management in gaming where through his experience has worked his way up as Team Lead for Infernozilla. He is a die-hard fan of MOBA, MMORPG, and FPS titles. He spends his weekends playing football and cricket. Apart from gaming, Anuj is a fitness freak and has been practising calisthenics for over 4 years. He does MMA as well to challenge himself from time to time.

Rodolfo Campos

Team Lead/Marketing Manager

Always obsessed with video games, Rodolfo grew up with consoles by his side. It was in school when he decided that he wanted to pursue a career in gaming. He started collaborating with media outlets, radio, and television, all while studying journalism in college. After that, he dove into the e-sports and gambling industry, staying close to video games at all times. Creative, proactive, and excellent in communications, Rodolfo is the complete package and always at the ready to help and tackle the task at hand.

Leo Luni

Team Lead/Marketing Manager

With experience at companies like Gameflip and Crunchyroll, Leo's journey spans from analyzing data to managing influencer programs. He's honed his skills in content strategy, collaborating with teams to ensure campaign success. Outside of work, Leo has been immersed in gaming culture since childhood, with a soft spot for JRPGs and anime classics such as One Piece and Yu Yu Hakusho. Did you know, Leo also hosts a professional wrestling podcast for 8 years? With a humble spirit and genuine passion for both work and play, Leo is excited to bring his diverse background and wide-ranging interests to Infernozilla.

Amira Nasr

Human Resource Manager

Born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, Amira has always been surrounded by different kinds of people from all around the world. With her interest in people's behavior, Amira decided to focus on her education in Human Resources, both in Bachelors and Masters degree. Apart from that, she loves playing a variety of games like Hollow Knight, Celeste, Portal, Cuphead, and Valorant. She does not have the heart to play any horror games though. With a passion for connecting and helping people, joining Infernozilla has created that opportunity for her alongside like-minded individuals!

Clem van der Merwe

Business Operations Manager

Clem has an extensive background that spans from film to the volunteering industry and Property Development. Having worked in Project Management and Digital Marketing as part of award-winning work during the pandemic, he's always wanted to get involved in the video game industry. In joining Infernozilla, he has been able to combine his passion for games and his expertise as Content Manager. Apart from his professional life, music is his first love, and was born to a prominent South African artist. For the last decade, he's been a performing artist in his local music industry. In his spare time, he has a huge love for strategy and survival games.

Chris is an experienced professional with a passion for discovering and promoting the best games. He's committed to building strong partnerships with developers to bring their creative vision to life. With a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry, he's always seeking new and innovative ways to drive success. Outside of work, you'll find him immersed in virtual worlds, where his love for gaming and intricate knowledge of gameplay mechanics shine through. He's also an avid collector of vintage game memorabilia and enjoys exploring new titles to broaden his gaming horizons.

Andrey Berner

Business Developer

A diligent and proactive business developer with a passion for all things video games, Andrey loves exploring games that are hidden gems and helping them succeed in any way necessary. With experience, understanding and a friendly approach, he loves creating long lasting partnerships that go beyond just business. Outside of work, Andrey is a passionate sportsman and played throughout his early days and university. When outdoors, he's at his happiest and most energetic but when inside, video games are his favourite hobby. Andreys interest in video games and especially indie titles goes beyond just work. His free time is often taken up playing some of the most unique, full of heart indie titles out there.

Vlad Berner

Vlad is a passionate and skilled business developer. He has varied professional experience including military, consulting, academic and business development. Vlad grew up playing video games with his brother and this is still true today, it is his first hobby and his favorite one. He values honesty, attention to detail, and perseverance in his business development approach. He takes pride in always being there for anyone who needs help or assistance. Even though, at home Vlad is always in front of the PC, he also loves sports and has been a sportsman for a long time. A true gamer at home and sportsman outside.

Jan Westhuizen

Business Developer

Having been in the gaming and esports industry for the last 13 years, Jan has done everything from being a pro player to running organizations. He grew organizations by showcasing talent and personalities to the community, building one of the region's most die-hard fanbases. With that success, he realized the same could be done for Indie Games by utilizing similar methods. Now as Marketing Lead at Infernozilla, he puts in a lot of effort to ensure his team works well together and focuses on teamwork, positivity, and a great work environment. In his spare time, he is an avid League of Legends, TFT, and CS:GO player.

Rafael Jaramillo Estrada

Business Developer

Born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, has had a passion for gaming since childhood, which led him to study Game Design. From the beginning of his professional journey, Rafael knew he wanted to work in the gaming industry. Although his career initially took him through roles in Project Management and Business Development, it wasn’t until joining Infernozilla that he finally realized his dream of working in the gaming industry. Rafael is dedicated to seeking out video games created with passion and sharing their vision. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three huskies, Zelda, Zeus, and Chewbacca D. Luffy.

Dante Pantaleo

Business Developer

Dante holds a Law degree and thrives as a pseudo-advertiser with a rich commercial background. He’s spontaneous, creative, and excels in communication. As a fluent speaker of Portuguese, “Portuñol,” English, and sarcasm, Dante’s a keen reader of people, and deeply immersed in nerd culture. As a pseudo CrossFit athlete, he's usually on creatine, but has only been arrested once - while playing Monopoly. He loves indulging in life's small joys like coffee — depending on it more than Brazil did in the early 19th-century. And he considers himself an eternal optimist who still believes in mankind... and he also likes video game.

Joylyn Linderman

Influencer Relations Manager

As the Influencer Relations Manager for Infernozilla, Joy takes great pride in curating the finest content creators, which goes hand in hand with her love of playing FPS and MOBA games, and being involved in content creation spaces. Growing up in the Philippines, she graduated in accounting tech and loved programming subjects over accounting. She played on an old GameCube and Zuma on an old run-down PC, which started her passion for gaming. This led her to work in the gaming industry during the pandemic, where she helped market games through social media and content creators. Though she spends a lot of time indoors, she loves nature's beauty and likes going out on camping and hiking trips.

Nico Masbate

Lead Generator

Born and raised in Manila City, Philippines. Nico enjoyed watching, buying, playing, and selling different types of games before. And during his college days, he decided to have an online business about console games that he loves to do. He used some of his profits from his online business to pay for his college tuition fee. He is now a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate and joined Infernozilla as a Lead Gen Specialist. Combining Lead Generation with Game Scouting, Nico helps bring in new games with massive potential.

Art Kenneth King

Graphics Designer

With over five years of experience in the industry, Ken is a highly skilled graphic designer who has worked in several different industries. His toolset includes Blender, Figma, and the Adobe Suite, and he’s immensely passionate about creating designs for clients and ensuring that he understands their product's vision before creating his designs. He especially loves creating colorful and stylized artwork. In his free time, he is an avid collector of Gundam models, building and customizing them. This love for building and customizing influences his work ethic in patience and an eye for detail.

Yassir Abdelwahid

Graphics Designer

Yassir is competitive in everything he does. He went from being a pro football player in the second division back in Morocco to being a pro esports player in 2019. He also owned an e-sport team there where he managed to turn it into a community with a solid fanbase. He's also good in his hobbies as his studies, where he has a Master's degree in Business Administration including deep research in emotional branding and customer loyalty. He has over 6+ years of experience in Graphic design, where he's led design projects for big companies such as Amazon, Huawei, Riot Games, Saudi Federation, and Emirates E-league. he loves to improve and experience new things, and that's what makes him excited every day.

Fernando Figueira

Executive Assistant

Born in Recife, Brazil, Fernando is an experienced professional with a background in sports marketing, communications, and business development. He has successfully led social media and revenue growth for major football clubs and sports stores in Brazil. Additionally, he founded a private label business, overseeing various departments, including marketing, sales & operations. After moving to Portugal, Fernando followed his passion and transitioned into the gaming industry. Currently, as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Infernozilla, he combines his diverse skills to ensure smooth company operations. A passionate gamer and esports enthusiast, Fernando enjoys playing CS2, AOEII, and Football Manager. In his spare time, he loves to follow his soccer team, Sport Recife, and enjoys playing tennis regularly.

Ameera (Meera) Rahaman

Content Manager

Meera is a content manager with nine years of professional writing experience across STEM, tech, and gaming. She has been crafting stories for over 15 years, drawing inspiration from anime, games, her biology background, and D&D. As a sci-fi writer, she’s currently working on the second draft of her debut novel. Meera is passionate about breathing life into narratives that captivate and inspire. Her favorite games include Ixion, The Witcher 3, and The Red Strings Club. A true storyteller at heart, she’s dedicated to crafting stellar narratives that resonate with audiences and drive brand engagement.

Bianca Jansen van Rensburg

If you're not winning the game, Bianca will make sure you’ll at least lose with a smile as chief morale booster. As an avid gamer Bianca has a deep-rooted investment in participating in the gaming and Esport community behind the scenes. Beyond her gaming adventures, she's also a passionate dance teacher that can’t sit still. With a BCom in Brand Management in her arsenal, she likes approaching every need and problem with a strategy and strives to understand the human mind. Bianca likes deconstructing trends to understand why they gain popularity and how, while also taking note of the intricacies of the mind.

Cedrick Macasero

Social Media Manager

A BS Food Technology graduate and former food evaluator/food safety auditor who has transitioned to social media management and content writing. Cedrick is proudly married, a father of one, an avid cyclist, and an aspiring entrepreneur. He is also a voice-over artist and event host who loves personal development and engaging through podcasts and books. In his free time, he enjoys watching anime and reading manga. He also likes to strum tunes on the ukulele and indulges in gaming, with his favorite genres being RPGs, MMORPGs, Action, and FPS games, and enjoying them with friends.

Ola Olayiwola

Ola has been a gamer for as long as he can remember. He’s gone from playing Splinter Cell and Real Football on Java phones as a kid to playing and creating content around AAA titles on modern gaming consoles as an adult. All that combined with a degree in Communications and Language Arts, and professional experience as a Social Media Manager and Gaming Content Creator prepared him for his role at Infernozilla. Pivoting to the gaming industry has been the career move of Ola’s dreams. He’s had a chance to work more closely with some of his favorite games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 and Detroit: Become Human. When he’s not gaming, he writes short fiction and watches movies.

Adi Mahmutović

Ever since he was a kid, Adi grew up with numerous controllers by his side and has ever since been dreaming about creating his own game. Despite having a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, he turned to digital marketing and started his journey as a paid social associate. Eventually, Adi joined a paid search (PPC) team, where he had the opportunity to work for a major gaming console brand. Utilizing his marketing skills and combining them with his passion for video games, Adi realized that he would want nothing more than to promote underground indie games that deserve to be played by the masses.

Sofie is a published author whose love for all things macabre is matched only by her passion for writing poetry. She is also a BA Communication graduate and Mental Health Advocate. Flavius Chitto

After 10 years working as a translator, Flavius reinvented himself in the field he’d always admired: Social Media Management. Now, with a solid 8+ years of experience in Marketing, he has finally reached his ultimate goal: working in the game industry. Flavius’ professional background ranges from being the co-founder of an international social-media agency to working for AAA personalities in the gaming entertainment industry. Raised by Zelda Ocarina of Time, Castlevania Symphony of the Night, and Ragnarök Online, Flavius always felt his future would be in gaming, taking part in any project he could find, even with voice acting! Ozan, who was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations but has always had a strong passion for gaming communities and community management. Some even say that he was born as a gamer. He has gained experience through content creation on Twitch, volunteer community projects, moderation, and working as Player Support for Riot Games. These experiences have fueled his passion for the gaming genre, and he is always eager to pursue more in this field. He likes to play wide range of games and enjoy creating content on Twitch for indie games. Apart from playing games, he also enjoys watching and playing football. Supporting his favorite team, Galatasaray is just another passion for him.

Carata Gabriel-Tache

From his favorite genres: Shooter, RPG, MOBA, Asymmetrical, Party/Co-op to several years of extensive experience in community management, tournament administration, and player support across international projects, Gabriel is determined to continue creating memorable experiences for all the players involved in his ambitious path. Filip has been working in the game industry for 10 year now. He was a commentator for games like League of Legends, HearthStone and Starcraft 2. Later on he had a streamer career gaining experience and knowledge managing communities and understanding the needs of everyday players. Filip also has over 1 year experience as a Community Manager in working for both web2 and web3 projects. In his free time he loves to play games and watch some good films, tv series or your choice of anime. Some of his favorites include Sword Art Online, Lord of the Rings and of course Game of Thrones.

Mohamed Ayman

Community Manager

With a background in civil engineering for several years, Mohamed decided to pursue his passion and brings over 6 years of Community Management experience to Infernozilla. He has a particular interest in learning about the latest Discord bots and their trends. He grew up enjoying competitive games and particularly loved the social aspect. Besides his enjoyment of Community management and playing video games, you will find him playing the latest fps titles or working out through calisthenics. He is also married and loves watching cooking shows with his wife.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

After years working with Riot Games and with finances, Luis brings his experience with both B2C and B2B interactions to Infernozilla. With a background in Chemical Engineering, he has an easy time analyzing, learning, and adapting to the current situation. From playing his first games on SNES to the latest releases, he is always eager to try something new. He also loves building computers and reading about the latest tech. Having such an eclectic mix of hobbies, you can find him playing soccer on the beach or looking for cool merchandise at an anime convention, always with his wife.

Luca Foderini

Community Manager

As an Innovative Technologies for Digital Communication graduate specializing in the gaming industry, Luca started his career as a game journalist for several years. This allowed him to visit the most ambitious video game events, meet and interview some of the most important industry veterans, and eventually become Editor-in-Chief for a local magazine in Italy. Subsequently, he met his true calling and passion, which veered him into the PR & Community Management field. Outside of work, he also loves Esports and video game-related challenges.

Regis Chen

Community Manager

A self-sufficient and avid self-learner who transcended the traditional educational path. Regis has a diverse background and excelled in various fields before making a mark at Riot Games as a Player Behavior Specialist and Subject Matter Expert. His commitment to fostering a safe and healthy gaming community allowed him to actively engage in Twitch communities, where he moderated for both small and large partnered streamers. A former solo-queue demon in DotA 2, boasting an impressive 5k matchmaking rating, Regis was also a semi-finalist in Malaysia's MSI DotA Allstars 5.84c Regional Tournament. A devoted follower of skill-intensive games like GunZ: The Duel and osu!, Regis now enjoys relaxing with Path of Exile, indulging in the art of theorycrafting character builds in ARPGs Beyond gaming, his passions extend to horology and fashion, showcasing a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Dihan Van Niekerk

Community Manager

Dihan has been immersed in the South African gaming scene for 14 years, where his passion for building and nurturing gaming communities has thrived. His dream of working in the gaming industry came true when he joined Infernozilla, solidifying his role in the field. Alongside his professional journey, Dihan actively competes in the South African League of Legends tournaments, consistently showcasing his skills, where he won the Mettlestate League of Legends tournament in February 2023. He studied Computer Science and has a love for fishing and nature, often spending his free time outdoors. At home, Dihan shares his space with his black cat, Smeagol, who keeps him on his toes with daily antics.

Antonio Gonzalez

Community Manager

After graduating in Advertising and PR, Antonio earned a Masters's Degree in Sports Journalism. From there he looked forward to build his career around one of his two passions: Sports and video games. He started in the gaming industry as a Technical Customer Support Specialist and rapidly fell in love with the idea of helping other avid gamers like him. In his spare time, Antonio started to build his own YouTube/Twitch channels in order to continue helping and guide more gamers. His passion and enthusiasm helped skyrocket his numbers to the point that he could become a full-time content creator in a very short period of time. Now at Infernozilla, he is putting everything he's learned to use but also growing his two kids, Arya and Leo, who have become his main fuel and motivation.

Claudio, a seasoned professional in IT and Community Management, has carved an illustrious career path defined by innovation and community building. With a lifelong passion for gaming ignited at the age of 6, Claudio's expertise transcends the digital landscape. As an avid trophy hunter on PlayStation and a fulfilled FFXIV Raider since its 1.00 beta, Claudio's gaming prowess is legendary. Beyond personal achievements, Claudio has played a pivotal role in fostering and advancing communities within FFXIV, showcasing leadership and collaborative spirit. With a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep-rooted commitment to both technology and gaming, he continues to leave an indelible mark on the industry.

Samuel brings over 7 years of extensive experience in Games and IT Management to the team. His passion for gaming has led him to collaborate with industry giants such as Epic Games, Tencent Games, and BigPoint Games, where he has contributed to a variety of innovative products. With a rich background in both games and IT, Samuel combines his expertise to tackle complex challenges and drive impactful results. Some could say that Migs was born a gamer. His passion for gaming translates to his performance at work as a Community Manager and has been through roles in a variety of industries. He managed to set up the complete social media structure of one of the largest Web3 gaming companies. An undergrad in Animation and Game Design, he plans on exploring horizons and developing his own game one day. Joining Infernozilla as a Community Manager is beginning to pave his way to a better future in the world of gaming. But work doesn't stop him from playing; he finds the time to rank up in Valorant and aims to stream soon with determination, passion, and aspiration for success.

Reyes (Juanri) Canata

Community Manager

Born and raised in Spain, Reyes (Juanri) has managed to transfer his enthusiasm for video games to his work, with 3 years of experience moderating servers of big video games such as Party Animals and Boom Beach Frontlines. With 4 years of experience as Community Manager he's worked with one of the biggest Spanish E-sports teams in the world, Team Queso and also helped develop the community of their game Wonder Wars. He is a fan of the little blue hedgehog Sonic, he has his room full of posters and figures from that saga, so you can deduce that platform games are his favourite! Although he also loves fps, roguelikes, adventure and RPG games.

Andrey Korolev

Community Manager

Andrey was interested in Community Management from a very young age – he worked as a CM in cinema chains, on TV, and now is settled in the gaming industry, his true passion. In university he studied Sociology and Digital Marketing, which helps him connect to the audience of every project he’s worked on, and he aims to bring the same passion and insight to Infernozilla. When he has time, he likes to play competitive shooters, enjoys a punishing souls-like and is always on the lookout for new indie games. Outside of gaming, Andrey loves reviewing movies and TV shows, playing tennis, and cooking with his wife!
