What You’ll Be Doing

A/B testing of landing pages, hooks, CTAs, and lead magnets

Working with our content, developers, and design freelancers to spin up campaigns fast.

Creating dashboards to track CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and churn.

Collaborating with the CEO on offer positioning, audience targeting, and market insights.

Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations.

You’re a Fit If You…

Have 2–5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience (agency, SaaS, or service-based businesses)

Can run ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and understands the importance of timing on when to run ads or not.

Understand funnel thinking—how to move someone from problem-aware to a booked call.

Are comfortable writing test copy and pulling quick analytics.

Have used tools like Webflow, GHL, Zapier, Airtable, GA4, Hotjar, HubSpot/ConvertKit.

Are proficient in written and spoken English.

We’re looking for a freelance SEO Specialist to lead this charge—crafting keyword strategies, optimizing content structures, and conducting technical audits to maximize our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing keyword research to target high-intent traffic from game studios, indie devs, publishers, and VR studios looking for community building/management, social media, marketing, and PR in the video games niche

Conducting a full SEO audit of our current (or in-progress) Website to ensure optimal performance, speed, and mobile compatibility as well as resolve any issues affecting the site performance and user experience.

Defining an SEO-first content roadmap: blog post clusters, case study structure, internal linking strategy

Advising on on-page SEO for our landing pages and CMS collections

Collaborating with our content team and Webflow developer to implement technical recommendations and solutions

Setting up tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush, GSC, GA4) and reporting for rankings + growth

Monitor and analyze competitor SEO for audit and research purposes

Track and report on SEO performance metrics, while adjusting strategies to improve engagement

You’re a Fit If You…

Have 3+ years of experience working on SEO for service businesses, B2B, or niche agencies.

Have strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.

Can think like a marketer: understanding search intent, and not just keywords

Know how to structure blogs or CMS for long-term, effective ranking.

Are comfortable advising content creators and designers for SEO execution.

As a Team Lead at Infernozilla, you would be the overseer of a team of Community Managers and Social Media Managers, assigning them client tasks and carrying them through to completion. You will also onboard new clients, organize regular meetings, and edit and approve all online content for a variety of social media and digital platforms, along with building marketing strategies for your games.

Team Lead Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage your team as well as your clients’ projects.

Review and approve monthly social media calendars created by the Social Media Manager, as well as support them with their execution in an accurate and timely manner.

Stay up to date on the latest social media and gaming trends, features, and topics of conversation

Organize regular meetings with clients to ensure that any major or minor tasks are known about and delegated ahead of time

Reach out, communicate, and build a rapport with your selective clients, making sure their overall  needs and reactive requests are met and completed to the best of your ability

Review team members regularly, working with the Operations Manager to find areas of improvement to strengthen your team

Evaluate and analyze KPIs across social media each month with your team and share the results with clients with suggestions on ways to improve

Create, manage, and execute a marketing plan for your client and properly budget resources.

Offer customer, influencer, and partner support via direct messaging and commenting and build strategic partnerships.

Communicate and work with the other departments at the company to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

This role is fully remote, and the right candidate is expected to work full-time while managing their schedule of 35-40 hours per week.

Education and Experience Requirements:‍

Experience in leadership, communications sector, or relevant experience is highly recognized.

Other experiences in video game community management, social media management, or marketing are a major plus, as you will be more knowledgeable about the communities you are engaging with.

Those who have never worked in the video game industry but come with a similar background can still find their way into this position depending on their understanding of video games, marketing, communication, and leadership.
